But feeling good, all of my sessions done for the week, starting to feel a little fitter 🙌

Testing week, AMRAP @ 100kg Viking Press

Managed 10 strict reps, definitely could have squeezed a few more out if I was fresh

I did a heavy chest workout on Saturday which I was still feeling last night

Fairly happy with this though 👌

You can do stuff in your own, the only person that’s stopping you is you!

I’ve had so many messages saying “I wish I could do that” “I could never” why not?

Life’s too short not to do the things that make us happy, it’s also too short to wait around for others to be available

Aiming for bodyweight viking press again by Christmas

After my 2-3 month spell of burnout earlier this year I took my weights right back down and have been very patiently increasing them again

Now in a position where I feel like I can go for a proper push

Back up to a comfortable 90kg for 8

Currently sat at 107kg, hoping to come back down closer to 100kg but looks unlikely with my extremely busy festive period 😅
