Come and join Oarsome Adventure Rowing for our Taster Day and discover just how much fun getting out on the water can be! 🌊

⏰ 11:30am–2:00pm
📍 Meeting point: The Blackwater Pearl Café, West Mersea

No experience needed, just come along and give it a go! 🙌

You’ll get:
🩵 An introduction to the club and our boats
🚣 Some beach-based rowing basics
🌊 Time out on the water
☕ A chance to relax and chat with the crew afterwards

And if you love it, we’re planning follow-on New Rower / Learn-to-Row sessions on 24 October and 1 November, subject to numbers, tides and availability.

Whether you’re looking to get fitter, meet new people, try something different or simply spend more time on our beautiful waters, we’d love to welcome you.

What a way to spend a Sunday! Today 2 crews headed out in Samphire and Native from West Mersea and made the trip across to Bradwell Marina, with a very well-earned lunch stop at The Green Man along the way. 🍻🍽️

Another brilliant OAR adventure, plenty of miles rowed and a few more memories made on the water. 🩵🚣‍♀️
