🏉TOUCH RUGBY🏉
Throughout the summer we have our touch rugby sessions taking place down the club. It’s the perfect way to keep your head in the game over the summer, maybe meet new people, have some fun and keep fit. The sessions are taking place every Thursday evening 7-8pm and everyone over 16 is welcome!

🏉Last week, Richmond from Trederwen Springs (clubs main sponsor) joined some of the first team players for some pre pre season training. The water was a great relief in the ever increasing temperatures! Thank you Trederwen for continued support and hydration. 💧

Llongyfarchiadau Henry Ryder . RGC Junior Cup 16s Top try scorer. The Full Back had an impressive campaign scoring 11 tries in 6 appearances including a brace in the Final.

Gethin Gilford pacey winger scored 9 tries in Bethesda run to the final, and Chester White and Finley Kaye make up the top four with 8 tries apiece for Welshpool RFC in an impressive campaign for the mid wales side.
