Good morning beautiful people!

It has been amazing amazing week connecting with people and sharing the absolute truth about learning to sing.

These women in this photo are women who I know speak powerfully and strong.

They reminded me of the way learning to sing makes us over time.

There is this myth that singing and music is not important. But I know it's disciplines help us to do many things...

Listen, be patient, share, feel, find rhythm, know what tones mean, utilise our sound to create true meanings.

Recently I've been writing poetry and recording it. It's been a blessing, because I have shared my work and my voice and the words have not only been balm for the soul, but the words have meant something. This is what I coach people in, finding that meaning.

So watch this space because something new is coming and it starts in September. Omg, is it exciting.

For the last three years AVUK has been running it's children's group program from the corn exchange in Welshpool town hall.

3 days of the most amazing in person pop diva spectacular that took Welshpool by storm.

But there is a bigger storm brewing as this year's event will lead to a big show case on a real stage... Only the best will get to perform their solos and it is soooo exciting.
