Longevity Award - Tracy A Hamer

After a long 12 years at the club Tracy has taken the decision to hang up her boots and how could we not celebrate and award someone so loyal and dedicated.

Tracy has been the life and soul of the team for many years, she brings energy and dedication and a true team spirit week in and week out.

Tracy has been through some incredible highs and lows with the team but has always kept coming back and putting a shift in regardless.

An inspiring individual who id say will be hard to replace but people like tracy you just cant replace.

As a club a team and individually i know we are all wishing tracy all the very best in her next exciting chapter of free football sundays.

Welshpool Town Women's FC Awards 2026.

Club Person of the year - Glyn Norris and Heulwen Elizabeth.

The voluteers and helpers of any grassroots club and team are the spine of everything else that comes after, glyn and heulwen are a prime example of that.

Always there to be our biggest supporters firstly aswell as helping with nets or spectators barriers, flags, benches and all the other aspects that come with thw team, minibus driver aswell as taking injured to A&e and sitting with them.

Everything you do and have done for us is very much appreciated and you both certainly are the unsung heroes of the team.

Manager Player of the season - Libby Williams

Libby has had an exceptional season showing performances that she is a standout player on the pitch, consistency is key and libby has shown this all season with some fine performances noteable Newtown away, Northop away, Coedpoeth home.

Libby has shown a greater level of fitness this season as well as a composure on the ball that has shown us all exactly how good she is.

Libby also brings her bubbly personality and energy to every game which us a huge part of why she is such a popular character within this group.

Well done Libby this is very well deserved

Players player of the season - Lexi-mai Burrows.

Lexi really has shown everyone what she can do this year and with that was selected by her fellow players for this award, lexi has been outstanding this season and with the workrate she puts in week in and week out she truly deserves the recognition from her team mates.
