Prenatal Pilates 👏🏻
Starting in June, this four week course aims to empower you to feel stronger, more confident and relaxed about the way in which you can support your ever-changing prenatal body through Pilates.
Recommended for 2nd/3rd trimester but you can definitely learn a lot even if you’re in your first trimester and still want to come along.
4 concise sessions that hopefully aren’t too late in the evening to balance energy! 😴Newcomers to Pilates are welcome but please check with your midwifery team/GP if your pre-existing movement levels are low. Message me if you have any pre-existing health conditions that you’re not sure about.
