THIS TERM AT PQA WELLS..

🎭COMEDY & DRAMA🎭

💜🧡 In Comedy & Drama this term we are taking part in - Project Panto - Oh No We Are Not, Oh Yes We Are!! 💜🧡

Project Panto is a fun-filled Comedy & Drama project exploring one of the oldest and most beloved traditions in British theatre - Pantomime!

Students will discover the history of panto, explore the key features of the genre and meet the larger-than-life characters that make it so entertaining, before trying their hand at classic storytelling techniques, gags and audience interaction.

Throughout the project, students will develop their skills through:
🎭 Exploring the history and conventions of pantomime
🗣️ Developing physical and vocal skills to create exaggerated characters
⭐ Building confidence through improvisation and audience interaction
🎬 Understanding basic stagecraft and the concept of the fourth wall

With Christmas on the horizon, it's the perfect opportunity to explore comedy, character and the wonderful world of pantomime!

Join PQA Wells for TWO action-packed days of singing, dancing, acting and all things Descendants!

Whether you're Red, Blue, Pink, or any other villain, hero or character from the Descendants universe, come along and join us for an unforgettable performing arts experience inspired by the hit film franchise.

✨ Learn songs and choreography inspired by the Descendants films, including Rotten to the Core and One Kiss
✨ Two full days of high-quality performing arts tuition from our fantastic professional tutors
