Today’s myth: “I need to have a good level of fitness to start’

Walking into a gym, meeting someone new, and worrying about being judged can feel overwhelming. I hear this fear all the time — and it’s completely valid.

But here’s the truth 👇
✨ Everyone else in the gym is focused on themselves
✨ You don’t have to be “fit” to start
✨ A good PT builds your confidence, not your anxiety

It’s the end of the week again.
Your tired .💤
You went to the gym… but didn’t quite get all the workouts in.
Work’s been stressful.
You’ve worked double time and made no time for yourself.
