We were delighted to welcome **Alexia** to **The Gym Newry** for the day, and we’re absolutely buzzing to hear how much she enjoyed her experience!

We are incredibly proud to announce that we are sponsoring James Mc Shane and supporting him with treadmills for an incredible challenge — a 10-hour treadmill run to raise awareness and much-needed funds for men’s mental health, su***de prevention ( PIPS ) and autism awareness through Autism NI❤️

James is taking on this huge challenge for deeply personal reasons. Having lost his brother to su***de and having a daughter with autism, these causes are incredibly close to his heart.

In James’ own words:

“If I can help anyone by doing this run for 10 hours, that’s what it’s all about. But raising awareness is the most important thing because there’s always someone who needs help... There is no finish line.”
We couldn’t be prouder to stand behind James and support him in this challenge. 💪
10 hours. One incredible challenge. Two very important causes.

We’re delighted to share that we raised £213 at our 10th Year Anniversary Open Day! 🎉

The Gym will also be contributing, bringing the total donation to an amazing £500! 🙌❤️

The funds will be donated to a number of very worthwhile charities, which Ernie Campbell will distribute to help make a real difference to people and families in our local community.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated, supported, attended and helped make the day such a success. Your generosity really does mean so much, and together we can make a difference. ❤️🙌
