Huge congratulations to our members on achieving their latest Myzone status milestones

🔥 Tracey & Hollie — Elite 7 Year Status
🔥 Paddy — Platinum 2 Year Status

Myzone status isn’t based on one good workout or a short burst of motivation. To progress through the levels, members must achieve a minimum of 1300 MEPs every single month, consistently, over long periods of time.

Paddy achieving Platinum Status means he has maintained that consistency for 24 consecutive months straight. Two full years of turning up, training hard, and putting the work in month after month.

Hollie and Tracey both reaching Elite 7 Year Status is another level entirely. Elite status sits beyond Hall of Fame and represents around seven years of sustained commitment to training and achieving monthly MEP goals. That is years of discipline, effort, and refusing to stop showing up.

Behind these milestones are:
• Early mornings and tough sessions
• Training when motivation wasn’t there
• Consistency through busy schedules and life challenges
• Improved fitness, strength, resilience, and confidence
• Thousands upon thousands of effort points earned
