Have you tryed Barbells?
We run a barbells class every Monday evening at 7.15pm
Don’t be fooled this class burns huge calories and you will definitely get a sweat on but without the cardio, so if a fast paced workout is not your thing try our weight based barbells class, there is no jumping involved we only use the trampoline to lay or sit on, with a barbell and a single weight plate.
This class is suitable for beginners and also hard core warriors we can adapt an adjust everything so it’s perfect for you

Before every class, your instructor will always make the time to spend a few minutes with you before class, generally just getting to know you but also with the intention of finding out how your feeling that day, in every class we will we always give you options with the moves ( lower to higher )so you can go at your pace, so whether you’re feeling unfit, tired, maybe nervous or even full of beans with extra energy you can adjust and adapt the class to you👌
