We have decades of experience in teaching and training individuals from all walks of life from all over the world and provide an extensive martial arts programme in a safe and friendly environment. We teach the full comprehensive Hung Gar system of Lam Family, originating from the Southern Shaolin Temple. Our teacher, Leon A. Ήταν μεγάλη μας χαρά να διδαχθούμε από έναν τόσο καταξιωμένο δάσκαλο. Στο σεμινάριο καλύψαμε τις θεμελιώδεις αρχές και την πρακτικότητα του στύλ μας με τελικό συμπέρασμα την αυτοβελτίωση μέσα απο την συνεχή εξάσκηση. Ευχαριστούμε όσους έλαβαν μέρος!
