The Summer Holidays are coming to an end, schools are returning and a brand-new football season is about to begin! ⚪️⚫️⚽️
For some children, this week will bring excitement and new opportunities. For others, it might bring a few nerves — a new school, a new class, a new teacher, a new team or simply getting back into a routine.
As football starts back too, one message is more important than any result:
❤️ BE KIND.
🤝 Welcome the new player.
😊 Include the child standing on their own.
👏 Encourage your teammates.
⚽️ Support each other through mistakes.
💙 Remember that everyone’s journey is different.
To all of our players returning to school and football this week — enjoy it, work hard, have fun and look out for one another.
