Alan Ezen - Founder and Owner of Zen Training for 14 years.
Alanโs always been into health and fitness and has raced cross country for Surrey clubs, run marathons inc. a 100k ultra marathon, completed many triathlons and cycle sportives, and LOVES any kind of competitive event, particularly a Tough Mudder!
Alan loves getting clients the best strength training results they've ever achieved, and helping people enjoy (and even love!) the process of getting fitter and healthier.

Richard Lamb
Fed up of working for a corporate finance machine, Rich embarked on a career as a full-time PT in 2014. He loves meeting people and takes a special interest in the consultation process to help with tailored training.
Although Rich came from a rugby and triathlon background, his mixture of qualifications helps him train a variety of people regardless of fitness level.

SJ Roberts
SJ has always loved sport and after a long career with BA, decided to train as a PT. She is now a core Zen bootcamp trainer.
SJ loves a sporting challenge and has completed a number of half marathons, triathlons, 10ks, the London Marathon in โ21 & โ25, and the London Prudential 100 mile cycle event multiple times. She also plays hockey for NPL Ladies 1st hockey team.
