Loving hydrangeas this season - they are stunning. One of my clients who is recovering from a hip replacement gave these to me. I've been working on her rehab program since March and she is a total rockstar. She's back to normal activities, swimming, walking and of course doing pilates. So pleased with her progress 🌸♥️🌸♥️🌸

Happy New Year to Everyone!! Wish we were all back to the mat tomorrow. Unfortunately we need to wait for news in a few weeks? Co-vid 19 please go away! In the meantime, keep moving everyone.
