Changing programmes too frequently means that you miss the point of progression. Not getting good at movements by changing them around too quickly is a great way not to get results!

Instead build a programme lasting over 4-6 weeks and get really good at doing it and really strong whilst doing it!

You need to do these 5 things!!!

🔵 Make sure you hit your Training with the right intensity
🔵 Make sure you hit your nutrition targets, Protein and Calories are the most important for change!
🔵 Sleep as hard as you train! Sleeping is a superpower if you can manage it in this day and age
🔵 You got to have your overall weekly activity up to standard! Aim for 10,000 steps each day
🔵 You got to manage the stress, you can only get out what you put in, but you have to manage what you put in!!!
