Two people. Two different goals. Two brilliant sets of results.
Louise and Daniel joined Atlas together around eight weeks ago.
But they weren’t chasing the same outcome.
Louise wanted to lose weight, tone up and feel better in herself.
Daniel wanted to add size and muscle while staying lean.
Fast-forward eight weeks and the progress has been excellent.
Louise is 14 lb down.
Daniel is around half a stone up, while maintaining his leanness.
Two very different outcomes.
But the foundations have been exactly the same.
They’ve trained consistently.
They’ve followed the programme.
They’ve applied themselves properly.
They’ve made sensible adjustments around nutrition.
And, most importantly, they’ve kept turning up.
That is something we talk about a lot at Atlas.
Progress is rarely about finding some magic exercise, secret diet or perfect week.
It is usually about doing the basics well for long enough.
Good coaching.
Good programming.
Consistency.
Effort.
Patience.
And a willingness to keep learning and improving.
What I also love about this story is that it shows why training should never be completely one-size-fits-all.
Different people have different goals.
The programme gives us structure.
The coaching allows us to adapt that structure to the person.
Louise and Daniel have both made a fantastic start, and there is still plenty more progress to come.
Massive credit to both of you for the work you’ve put in so far. 👏
Different goals. Same principles. Real progress.
