ACE TRANSFORMATIONS ARE BACK! Starting early August. Only 6 spaces available.

Here’s what you get.

Three PT sessions a week with a small group around you, not a class of thirty.

Proper coach access, not just during sessions, we’ve got a WhatsApp group running with multiple coaches in it, so you’re never waiting around for a reply.

Daily accountability and a proper weekly check in, both tracked through the app, so you always know where you stand. Nutrition’s covered too, the whole 8 weeks.

And because you’re training with us, you’re on full all-in membership for the whole 8 weeks. Open gym, unlimited classes, all included.

That’s normally £85 a month on its own.

We’re so confident in our programme, if you put the work in and you don’t get results? We give you 4 months of all-in membership free.

That basically pays for the whole thing.

Doesn’t matter if you’re new to ACE or already part of the gym, this is open to you.

Hey I’m Liam, I’m a 27-year-old Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach currently expanding my expertise into ACE conditioning, with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry.

Alongside coaching, I compete as a semi-professional footballer, giving me firsthand understanding of the physical and mental demands required to perform at a high level.

I specialise in strength training, fat loss, and sports performance, helping people of all ages build not only stronger bodies, but stronger mindsets. My passion lies in pushing individuals beyond the limits they place on themselves and showing them what their body is truly capable of achieving.

Fitness, to me, is more than aesthetics it’s about discipline, resilience, confidence, and personal growth. Whether the goal is improving athletic performance, transforming physique, or developing mental toughness, I’m committed to helping people unlock their full potential. Known for some of the best classes in the area and looking forward to bringing them to ACE!
