Welcome to The Train Station Gym Irlam
We are a fully functioning gym with plenty to offer.

We have free weights and specialist isolation gym equipment

Boxing rig and battle ropes and plyo boxes

We have plenty of cardio equipment also. We aren’t just weights.
Treadmills
Rowers
Cross trainers
Spin bike
Recumbent bike
Air bike
Stepper

We have a great team of personal trainers and we also offer an amazing experience with our very own FITNS Club]] and all boot camps.

We have non contract memberships at £25 a month
Day passes £5
Weekly passes £10
FITNS Club]] boot camps prices are separate to gym memberships.
