An original Airmasters HW77 .177 that came in for some work. This r***e still retains its original Airmasters setback trigger and alloy phantom moderator along with an Airmasters brass pistol grip cap fitted to a genuine factory Tyrolean stock. A mint Kassnar AO scope sits on it, quite possibly also supplied by Airmasters , this is an Absolute gem of a r***e and now shooting better than ever 😎

A pair of Whiscombe JW50 r***es now ready to reunite with their owner. It’s nice working on something different than the everyday tunes. One of these had been shot with a dead piston seal that resulted in catastrophic failure of both piston heads as they collide with each other without any cushion of air between them. A complicated r***e with zero availability of spares. I machined new piston heads up from scratch then followed with a full service on both r***es. They now shoot as good as the day they left John whiscombe who originally made them.

And another one saved. This lucky customer picked this up from a boot sale, usual dead ram, disintegrated piston seal, ram seals as hard as nails and a cracked cocking shoe.
Now all sorted with a full rebuild along with one of my machined cocking shoe and a britseal up front it’s now performing exactly as it should be 😉

Another Theoben saved, this one an SLR98 in awesome condition. However this r***e had suffered the dreaded piston seal failure and to top it off there were 10 pellets stuck in the barrel 🤦🏻‍♂️ the superb Britseal piston seal fitted along with full ram service, cocking shoe and schrader valve replacement, it’s now ready for another lease of life 😎

Something a little rare now complete after a full strip and rebuild, new pump head machined from scratch along with a blow off valve, bent pump rod sorted along with a full seal kit and this Venom innova is back doing what it should 😎

A new out the box 97 action (sitting in my old test stock) gets a full tune along with a Rowan trigger blade and one if my Titanium oversized safety buttons 😎

A lovely Olympus project I’ve just finished for a customer. This has been a slow build due to a few issues encountered along the way and fitting it between my everyday tunes and services. This came in with a barrel like a banana, and that’s where the problems started 😂 anyway the barrel is now arrow straight, a new cocking shoe made, safety catch sorted out, trigger fettled and a set of optilock 30mm mounts I milled to suit the Theoben raised scope rail. Then the action was blacked by Shaun Hill at ISP and it’s come back like a mirror. Turned out a really pretty r***e and it shoots as good as it looks 😉😎
