Yes, some people train to compete, but plenty of our members come to class simply to get fitter, healthier, stronger, lose body fat, and enjoy training with a good group of people.
The classes combine running with functional exercises like sled work, rowing, lunges, ski erg, wall balls and a few more.
All coached and scaled to suit your fitness level.
And the best part?
You can take on a HYROX race solo, or buddy up with a friend, partner, or family member and complete doubles together. 🙌
