I'm a fully qualified personal trainer L2
Gym instructor L3
And kettlebell instructor

This will be a great class that will challenge you, making you fitter, stronger, healthier, happier and much more

For experienced gym goers or non experienced as all work can be scaled to suit

Taken by myself a Fully qualified gym and kettlebell instructor

5 x 5 ground to overhead @ 70kg 😰
3 x 10 strict press @ 40kg
3 x 10 hang sn**ch each arm @27.5kg
3 sets of bear crawls pulling a 20kg bag

Start of my leg session today building up to a handy 140kg on back squat 💪😎
Few exercises in-between and then a wee finisher of 120kg prowler pushes 3 rounds 🤠
Simple session but very effective
