How often do you hear that? I’m sure we all know or heard someone say this or maybe you’re one yourself
Carbs get a really hard time of it in the world of fat loss. When someone takes a notion to slim down, carbs are first thing to go
You absolutely still can make progress whilst not having to part ways with your potatoes and bagels
Here is a typical cycle of carb how people cut carbs:
👉 I need to lose a few pounds
👉 I’ll cut out all carbs for a while
👉 Steps on the scale and loses those few pounds
👉 Instantly starts craving carbs
👉 Starts eating them to the moon and back
👉 Steps back on the scale and them few pounds are back on again
👉 Convince yourself that carbs are the problem and starts the process again
You absolutely can lose weight and still eat your carbs. Carbs are really useful when looking to lose body fat
They are the body’s primary source of energy which means they fuel your workouts so if you want to perform well every session then your body needs to be fuelled correctly
