Hot Yoga Sculpt. And More. Infrared-heated yoga sculpt classes plus our full range of SB Movement studio workouts designed for strength and endurance.

Come as you are. All you need is the willingness to begin. Hi, I’m Steph – welcome to SB Movement! Movement has been part of my life since childhood, starting with dance training at The Royal Ballet School and Central School of Ballet. While an injury shifted my path, it led me to family life, motherhood and a new found passion for the boutique fitness scene. In 2018, I opened my first studio, POPfit, in London. After moving to the Cotswolds during the pandemic, I reconnected with movement in a deeper, more mindful way — one that supported my mental health and healing journey. The SB Movement Method was born from this space. It’s not about perfection — it’s about presence, connection and joy. Whether you’re here to move your body, ease your mind or simply feel good, you’re in the right place. I’m so glad you’re here. 💛

Why Infrared Hot Yoga? 🤔

Infrared heat feels different to traditional heating — it warms the body directly rather than simply heating the air around you, creating a deeply therapeutic, calming and energising experience.

And no — you do NOT need to be flexible or experienced to start 🤍

Whether you’re completely new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, all our classes are welcoming, supportive and designed for all levels.

Most people walk into their first class feeling nervous... and walk out wondering why they didn’t try it sooner.

New? Book in for a trial class £12 🔥

Want to know more?

So beyond just “getting sweaty”... what are the actual benefits? 👇

✨ Increased flexibility
The heat helps muscles relax and lengthen more easily, allowing you to move deeper and safer into stretches.

✨ Improved circulation
Infrared heat encourages blood flow and oxygen delivery throughout the body, supporting recovery and overall wellbeing.

✨ Reduced muscle tension & stiffness
Perfect if you spend long hours sitting, training hard, or carrying stress physically in the body.

✨ Nervous system regulation
The warmth can feel incredibly grounding and calming, helping to reduce stress and support relaxation.

✨ Improved mobility & joint health
Gentle movement combined with heat helps the body move more freely and comfortably over time.

✨ A deeper mind-body connection
The heat encourages you to slow down, breathe and become more present in your practice.

Trust us — you won’t look back.

You’re in good hands with Caro ✨

Most of you already know and love Caro, so she hardly needs an introduction! She’ll be your go-to at the studio over the next few weeks, keeping everything running smoothly and looking after our wonderful community as well as the doggies 🐶. She truly is one of a kind. 💛

I’m off on my travels with the family for a few weeks, but don’t worry — I’ll be back! 😄

In the meantime, Caro will be joined by our fantastic instructors Lex, Terry and Fleur, who’ll be helping cover classes too.

Whether you’re a regular or brand new to the studio, you’ve got a brilliant team ready to welcome you.

As always, if you have any questions or need any help, reach out via social media, email or grab one of the team when you’re in the studio.

KISS ASS UNTIL WE KICK YOUR ASS 😘🍑

Are you new around here?

Even for the most confident of humans, walking into a new class, a new studio, with new people and not really knowing what to expect can feel SCARY.

Walking into a room full of people you don’t know? And then EXERCISE while you’re there?! AHHHHH 😱😂

We all feel like that.

So whether it’s me, Caro, Lex, these adorable doggies of mine 🐶 or the wonderful humans who already come to class, just know that you’ll be welcomed, reassured and looked after from the minute you walk through the door.

No judgement. No pressure. Just come as you are.

We’ll be super nice to you while you find your feet and start to feel at home…

And then, once you’re comfortable?

We will suitably kick your ass. 😘🍑🔥

✨ NEW CLASS ✨
Monday’s 7pm Hot Yoga Sculpt with Lex 🔥
I’m so excited for Lex to start teaching at the studio.
From the first time I met her, she was warm, friendly and had such a calm energy. I just knew she’d be wonderful to have teaching here.
And after taking her class myself, I can honestly say you’re in for a treat. It was such a lovely feeling to be the student for once and be guided through a strong, challenging, flowing class that somehow left me feeling both worked and completely grounded and calm.
If you don’t know Lex already, I’m pretty confident you’re going to love her. And if you’re new to the studio, you’ll be in very good hands 🤍
Monday 7pm. Come and meet Lex on the mat!

Life, like the rolling hills of Gloucestershire, has its ups and downs. One minute you’re strolling along feeling on top of the world, the next you’re wondering why nobody warned you about the hill 🤣

It’s beautiful, but it can also be messy.

I was chatting with a friend recently and she said how much better she felt after having what she called “a moan”. But I don’t think it was a moan at all. Life is tough sometimes and simply saying things out loud, being honest about how you’re feeling and reaching out to someone can lift a weight you didn’t even realise you were carrying.

That’s why friends matter. That’s why community matters.

Looking after yourself isn’t selfish—it’s essential. Especially when you’re spending your days caring for others, whether that’s family, friends, colleagues or clients. Prioritising your own wellbeing gives you the strength to keep showing up.

And when you don’t feel strong? That’s where community comes in. To hold you up, support you and be the strength you need until you find your own again. Then, in time, you get to do the same for someone else.

That’s what I love most about the studio. It’s what I love most about my friendships. That human connection. The reminder that none of us has to do life alone.

So if you’re struggling, even quietly, reach out to someone. It helps more than you think.

And if you’re one of those people who thinks everyone else has got their s**t together...
They haven’t. ❤️
