Good Afternoon!
I have had a few messages about whether I’m back to coaching yet so thought I’d put a wee update on.
I am through the majority of my treatment and everything looking positive 🤞🏻.I still have 4 weeks of radiotherapy to go then will be fully on the road to recovery 😀
At the moment I still don’t have any set in stone plans of coming back to coaching as I am going to need the time to focus on getting myself back to some health and routine! My brain fog and joint pain is REAL 😂
Potentially might put on a one off 4-6 week boot camp at the tail end of summer just to see some of your friendly faces again 🥰
My messages are still always open and happy to help and advise where I can!
