Addisons Liveries

Addisons Liveries We are the fifth generation of the Addison family which has farmed in Thornton on the Pennyman Estate. We run these yards together as Addisons Liveries.

Livery Yard offering Stabling, Grazing, Indoor Riding School, Outdoor Riding Schools, Lungeing Pens, 10 miles Off Road Rides, Cross Country Course, Woodland Rides.... We started taking liveries in 1971 and this additional enterprise has gradually expanded to become one of the foremost in the area. Our stable yards, grazing fields and facilities are divided between what once were three small, separ

ate farmsteads. These are at Thornton Low Moor Farm, Thornton High Moor Farm and Howls Nest. Our facilities have 24 hour supervision from our family team who are very experienced in every aspect of horse care.

Hi guys, as previously posted I am building another SJ course in the indoor on Wed 1 July and it’s staying up until Sunday 5 July. I have arranged for Julia Nelson to come and give a lesson over the course on Wed 1st on both of my horses. If anyone else would like to have a lesson while she is here let me know asap so I can arrange times xx

Hi Guys, the jumps have now all been put away (other than the big wooden poles which have been left out for 2moro pole clinic). They will stand up against the wall with the other poles. For future reference whenever you use and of the poles/wings/fillers can you please put them away tidily as shown in the pictures attached. Cups are all in separate buckets depending on what type they are
Thanks Babs x
