July student of the month goes to a new karate student who has gone from being a complete novice, to throwing him self in to high intensity training sessions across the county. He’s achieved so much in a short space of time and nothing fazes him. Congratulations Robbie, keep up this amazing training. 🤩👊🏻

Congratulations to these three for grading in such crazy weather. The heat didn’t stop them they all passed the full grade and were still smiling afterwards. Congratulations 🥳 it’s looking like a rainbow at our training sessions with al these coloured belts, feel free to come and join us on a Sunday and Wednesday evening @ the Franklin Hall in Spilsby 4.45 start to help set up.

Student of the month for May goes to Edward.
Edward has been building up his stamina, it’s really shown in his training sessions. His sparring techniques are becoming more consistent and he’s able to block and defend against opponents much more effectively.
Keep up this great work Edward, the dedication and commitment to your training is really developing your knowledge.
