Not everyone wants to spend hours and hours in the gym and the good news is, you don’t need to.

Getting fitter, stronger and healthier is a fine balance between ‘stress’ and recovery…

It’s easy to feel very motivated at first and go ALL IN.

Training every day and not recovering very well.

This leads to burnout and injuries.

But I’m here to tell you that if you stick to the Core 4 and add in 3 days a week of well programmed strength and conditioning, you’ll be on to a winner.

We go into a LOT more detail on this in our initial new member onboarding, but if you’re an old member who wants a refresh, drop your coach a message as they’d love to chat to you about this 💪🏼.
