Briena-Rae competing in her 3rd competition and collecting 2 gold medals! First fights ending with her opponent unable to continue, and the second fight being a close back and forth competition resulting in her hand being raised 🥇🥇

Leah competing in her second ever comp, after only being with us 6 months🤯 Stepping up to intermediate due to no one being in her category. Landing head kicks, spinning kicks, clean punches and sharp shots! Winning the fight 14-8🥇

Leaving the event with very happy coaches, looking forward to the next comp 👊🏼

Monday -Kickboxing Classes
Juniors 6-7pm
Age 12+ 7-8pm

Tuesday - Boxing Class
Mixed Ages 6.30 to 8pm

Wednesday - Kickboxing Classes
Tiny tots 5-6pm ( under 6 yrs old)
Juniors 6-7pm
Age 12+ 7-8pm

Thursday - Boxing Class
Mixed Ages 6.30 to 8pm

Friday - Sparring Class
Mixed Ages 6-7.30pm

£5 per class
Monthly fees available on request
