The gym was thrilled that Dewi was nominated in the health and well-being category of the 2023 Clydach community awards last night at the Manor Park.
He came away as a runner up and with well deserved recognition for the work he puts in every day.

All of us at Celtic Strength and Fitness would like to wish Vardre RFC the very best of luck today in the Division 3 Cup Final, in the millennium stadium.
What a fantastic achievement by the club, and its even more special considering every member of the squad has come through the junior/youth ranks.

Are you really that strong if you can't put your equipment back once you've finished with it?
If you can pick up a 70kg overhead, surely you can carry it a few metres to put it away. The same goes for the sacks, you literally had to carry them an extra 2m.
Leaving them for someone else to put away isn't on.
