A few weeks back we caught with our Ambassador and and Common Wealth Games Captain

Harrison placed an incredible 5th place in the games and is on track to securing his place at the Los Angeles 2028 Paralympic Games!

We could not be more proud to support Harrison in his efforts to represent Wales🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 and Great Britain 🇬🇧 and we’re with him all the way to 2028 🥇

Ice bath for up to 2 minutes. Sauna for 15. Rest and shower in between sauna and ice - three rounds, at your own pace. That’s our protocol, but why?

The cold shocks your blood vessels shut and spikes norepinephrine, the focus and mood chemical. That’s the clear headed feeling afterwards.

One of the biggest things we hear before someone’s first class?

“I’m worried everyone else will know what they’re doing”

They won’t! Everyone else is trying to to remember to exhale at the right time, co-ordinate their legs and arms whilst listening to the instructor 😅
