Shinfield Rangers is an FA Award-winning Football Club that embraces a child’s enthusiasm an passion for football by encouraging & developing to the best of the child’s ability in a safe, friendly & fun environment for boys and girls. We are an FA Charter Standard Community Club, which means we meet the highest standards the FA require. We continually invest in the development of our coaches as well as our players. We contribute to the local community in several ways. Shinfield Rangers FC is also a Nike Partner Club and one of the few teams officially partnered with Reading Football Club. Our ethos is that everyone who wants to play gets to play, which has given us an excellent track record in building the confidence of children as well as their skills and social awareness. Because of this we became the FA Club of the Year for Berks and Bucks in 2019. In the same year we also won an FA award from Berks & Bucks FA for our Bobicats project which will help influence disability football at a national level in future years. Before us, no club had ever won two of these highly respected and desirable awards in the same year.

A brilliant victory and another fantastic team performance, showing resilience, positivity and some excellent link-up play. The progress made over recent weeks is clear to see, with the boys responding brilliantly after going behind early.

Plenty of positives to build on, with lots still to work on as we continue to develop together.

🏆 SEPTEMBERS PLAYER OF THE MONTH — ELLIE! 🏆

Goes to our keeper Ellie 🧤for a string of consistently brilliant performances, pulling off top-class saves and keeping us in games! particularly that epic save in the draw against Maidenhead Nomads. 🔥

But it’s not just her performances on the pitch that make Ellie stand out. She’s also brought a real fun and crazy vibe to the team, perfectly highlighted by our “bring your kit in anything but a bag” challenge last weekend. 🧊

Only Ellie would think a fridge was the obvious solution! 🤣

Top performer. Top banter. Top lady! ⚽
