Our classes focus on fitness, discipline, and confidence-building, all while having a fun!

I’m an ex solider and professional boxer.
I will help Boost Confidence & Fitness
Kids will build strength, coordination, and self-esteem.
A great way for kids to socialize and build lasting friendships!
Parents are you are welcome to stay and watch your child develop skills in the gym.

Classes are Saturdays at 10:00 - 10:40

Classes are pay as you go! £6 per child per class, just turn up and get Bossing it!
