Great news! We're back to FDF Fitness classes this week! 🥳

We start on Wednesday with Boogie Bounce 🐸
Then back into the full swing of it from 7th...

Tuesdays Assassin 👊💪 6.45pm
Wednesdays Boogie Bounce 🐸 6.45pm

Boogie Bounce is a fun, funky fitness class on mini trampolines. 30 minutes cardio and 15 minutes toning and stretching 💚

Assassin is a fierce, sassy, Combat dance fitness class. Punch, kick, squat and shimmy in this 45 minute cardio and toning class 💜
