We are open today, Good Friday as usual 9-1 - 4-7pm, Saturday 9-12 noon, Bank Holiday Monday 9-12 noon.

Monday - Friday 9am - 1pm, 4pm - 7pm
Saturdays 9am - 12 noon

£30 per calendar month
£4 day session

Super cuffed!

One of our long time members and good friend Donna and her hubby Sid, took up Dragon Boat racing with the Manvers team last year, they entered their first competition today and came 2nd out of 36 teams!!! They lost out by 100th of a second!!!
Absolutely chuffed to bit for her and the team, y
our hard work and dedication to training and the gym, as well as your abundance of energy all paid off!
