👊BADASS👊 is a 45 minute combat, cardio and conditioning class that will allow you to get in shape whilst punching, kicking, squatting and dancing.

Each of the sessions are easy to follow ideal for toning muscles, burning calories and improving your balance.

BADASS is choreographed to funky tunes to sing along to whilst smashing some fierce moves.

You won't stop smiling and laughing during this fun, Combat street class! 😁🤪
