Luckily for us, the Airshed Pro comes into its own when you are not quite sure what to wear. Those cool mornings when it’s a bit too warm for a jacket but a little too cold for just a T-shirt. Lightweight Capilene Cool materials on the sleeves feel soft against your skin and can be pushed up past your elbows if you start to warm up without inhibiting your range of movement.

The windproof fabric across the chest, back and shoulders offer an extra level of protection against the elements. It has a DWR coating so even if it starts to rain you don’t have to worry, it'll bead. Getting too warm? The double-ended half zip makes venting easy and hassle-free.

1. Stu and Debs ventured to liverpool for a very exciting couple of days seeing brands and seeing shoes that will be coming onto our shelves in the coming seasons. How could we forget their view from a restaurant when it looks like that 🤩

2 & 3. Iolanthe picked the right day to go for a run round damflask.

4. Taylor traded shoes for wheels this week as he went back to wizzing round the peaks.

This week we've all been loving the new S/Co running socks that have landed recently. Not only do they put a smile on your face (they also put a smile on your feet if you look close enough 😆)

Made for the everyday grind, you get a cushioned, breathable sock that has a built in arch grip and odour defense. This makes it a clean fit that is made for whatever the journey.

The next step in everday running. Say hello to the Brooks Ghost 18.

Now with updated details for comfort, it uses a Nitrogen infused DNA LOFT v3 foam which gives you a softer landing whilst keeping the responsive toe off that the ghost family has kept.

The Upper is where the change is at, featuring a flat knit tongue provides peotection across the top of your foot. As well as refining the upper design with a new two-colored air mesh fabric for breathability and added comfort when on the foot. Then to finish off this mile crusher is the RoadTack rubber outsole for traction.
