Our open gym is on NOW until 12pm for men of all ages & abilities

As promised , open session starting this Sunday .
Times are hard for us all but that’s shouldn’t mean you can’t keep active so pay what you feel or can afford 🥊 full use of equipment with advice & help if needed.

We are so proud of these kids today on their skills bouts.
First up was Aria, having to come up two weight cats to be able to box Olivia from Felling abc.A lot to take away & learn but overall a good little bout.
Then we had bronson out boxing a kid from Grainger Park, took a round to figure out he was up against a southpaw but done well, also a lot to take away & learn.
Lastly was Myles boxing a kid from North Road. Last bout of the day he had a lot of sitting around to do but once he got in that ring he was a class act. Left it all in the ring , Absoltuley outstanding!
Well done kids, keep going 👏🏼🔥🥊
