On Friday we travelled for some sparring down to Wellington ABC .
Some good hard rounds for Leon & Myles & Aria even got to have 3 very busy,good confident building rounds with Jade Pearce- the current commonwealth champion. She fought like the belt was on the line šŸ˜‚

We would like to see a lot more young people & adults walking through our doors. The Boxing gym isnā€™t just about bouts , if you donā€™t want to fight donā€™t think you canā€™t join. Itā€™s a great skill to learn whilst keeping fit.

RORY & JACK

Rory hasnā€™t long started the gym but is always ready to listen & learn. Heā€™s come on so much in such a short space of time.
Jack is flying with training & making so much progress with himself. Always so positive everytime he comes to training.
Both lads are such big characters & a pleasure to have in the gym, well done kids šŸ„Š
