Some amazing progress from my 1-1 client Vicky over the last 7 months ๐ฅ
Vicky came to me as a complete newbie which is ideal because she was a blank canvas and had no bad habits so made my job a bit easier (other ptโs will relate) ๐
She is a pleasure to work with and her commitment to training over the last 7 months which by the way is on average 2-3 times per week she has achieved results like these! Yes no being in the gym 5x per week restricted nutrition she has just used the tools that Iโve given her to tweak her nutrition a little and focus on consuming some more protein to help towards her goals inside of the gym ๐๐ผ
Her weight is pretty much the exact same as when she started which I discussed with her would most likely be the case and to focus on performance, body composition, how your clothes fit and how you feel and not too get too caught up on the scale weight like so many people do.
She has made some amazing progress in all areas, strength has massively increased compared to where she started and has lost body fat and gained quality muscle resulting in the image you see on the right ๐๐ผ
