We definitely could have taken a sensible selfie...
But where’s the fun in that? 🤣
One of the best things this industry has given me is the people.
I’ve loved watching Jess do what she does best - teaching her incredible cheer classes - and then seeing her own brand grow into something really special. I’m so proud of everything she’s achieved. 💚
It’s easy to think fitness is all about classes, choreography and qualifications, but for me it’s also about the friendships you make along the way.
Here’s to sunshine, daft selfies, supporting each other and never taking ourselves too seriously.
Wouldn’t have it any other way. 💚

After missing last week’s Lift & Lengthen session due to the heat 🥵, I’m ready to go tomorrow night with some more kettlebell fun.

We’ve got chairs, balls, kettlebells and hand weights for our session, finished off with a lovely Fitness Pilates section.

🌀 Throwback Time! 🌀
I was having a little clear out on my phone and came across this old HulaFit video... and it brought back some brilliant memories! 💚
Over the years I’ve been lucky enough to teach lots of different fitness programmes, and every single one has taught me something.
Each class, every training course and all the wonderful people I’ve met along the way have helped shape the instructor I am today.
Looking back at old videos always makes me smile. It’s a reminder that every step of the journey matters, even if you don’t realise it at the time.
I wonder what I’ll be looking back on in another couple of years... 😊
Anyone else love finding old photos or videos that bring back happy memories? 💚
