Client Spotlight: Josh 🔥 (and we’re not done yet)

Josh came to me wanting to feel better in himself 💭 Confidence was low, and he’d just come off the back of a patella tendon rupture 🦵🏼 so we had to take things steady to start with.

Fast forward 13 weeks and this is where we’re at — but let me be clear: we’re nowhere near finished 🚧 This isn’t a full transformation post, it’s a progress post. Just a little shoutout to recognise how hard he’s grafted already 👏🏼

We built his plan around a busy lifestyle 📅 and made sure everything was realistic and sustainable. Josh has absolutely smashed it so far:

These two photos are taken at the exact same bodyweight, but the difference is huge and this is what happens when you nail every aspect of the plan during a bulk. 📈🔥

JAMIE. What a shift.
This is what happens when someone fully commits to the process and absolutely nails it.

👉 Start of March: 190lbs
👉 Now (end of June): 162lbs
👉 Total lost: 28lbs in just under 4 months

ADELE IS 27LBS DOWN AND STILL JUST WARMING UP 🔥

Adele is a busy woman who came to me feeling stuck. Life was hectic, she wasn’t prioritising herself, but what she did have was drive and from day one, she was all in.

Fast forward a few months and she’s now 27lbs down.
But this isn’t just about a number on the scale…

It’s about her confidence coming back.
It’s about walking into the gym like she belongs there.
It’s about having the energy to show up for herself.

We didn’t overhaul her life.
We worked with it.

Client Appreciation Post – Chris’ Journey So Far

Absolutely buzzing to share this Chris has dropped a massive 42.3lbs in just 18 weeks!

What you’re looking at here is more than just a physical transformation it’s the result of showing up, staying consistent, and trusting the process. We didn’t rush in and start slashing calories or overtraining… instead, we focused on building healthy habits first, setting the foundation right before digging deeper.

Chris nailed every aspect of the plan training, steps, food, mindset the lot. He’s been an absolute dream to coach and the best part? We’re not done yet.

LAURA – 14 WEEKS | 20LBS DOWN | STRONG, LEAN & CONFIDENT

14 weeks ago, Laura came to me at with one clear goal to be in the best shape of her life before turning 40. With a holiday on the booked, the timing couldn’t have been better.

Fast forward to now she’s 20lbs down, leaner, stronger, visibly more toned and full of confidence. But the real transformation goes way beyond the scales. She’s done all this while juggling being a mum and running her own business. No excuses just a plan that worked around her hectic lifestyle.

Mark has absolutely smashed this cut.
From start to finish, he’s stuck to the plan, nailed his steps, stayed consistent with his training, and the results speak for themselves.

We’ve taken him from the end of a solid bulk where he packed on quality muscle to now being leaner, sharper, and in the best shape he’s ever been. All while managing work, family life, and everything in between.

And yes Mark is fully natural.
No shortcuts, just consistency, structure, and a plan that works around his lifestyle.

11 WEEKS IN 43LBS/3.1 STONE DOWN 💪📈

Chris, came to me 11 weeks ago with one goal drop as much weight as possible. At 288.5lbs, he knew it was time to make a serious change. Fast forward 11 weeks, and he’s now weighing in at 245.5lbs that’s 3.1 STONE gone in just 11 weeks!

With knee replacements, training was limited at first, so we focused heavily on steps and diet, proving that fat loss doesn’t have to start in the gym. Over the last few weeks, Chris has now stepped things up and joined the gym, pushing his results even further!

And the best part? Chris has still been able to stay flexible with his diet, enjoying meals out with his Mrs while making real, sustainable progress. No extreme restrictions, no crazy fad diets just the right structure and consistency!

By no means is he done, but this deserves a huge shoutout Chris has absolutely smashed it, transforming his life for the better. Keep it up mate, I can’t wait to see where we take this next!

When David started with me, he wasn’t where he wanted to be. He knew he had more in the tank, That’s where we got to work.

David doesn’t exactly have a quiet life. He runs his own business and has a little baby at home, so time is stretched thin. But he didn’t use that as an excuse. Instead, he made the time, stayed consistent.

The first photo is David at the start. A good foundation, but he wanted more size, more shape, and more definition. Fast forward to now and the difference speaks for itself. His back’s wider, his waist is tighter, and his overall physique is on another level.

What made this happen? Consistency. No magic tricks, NO STEROIDS, no shortcuts, just proper training, nailing his nutrition, and showing up every single week. We worked around his busy schedule, focused on building strength, growing weak areas, and staying on track with a plan that fit his life.

David’s transformation isn’t just physical, it’s mental. Balancing a business and a baby isn’t easy, but he’s proof that you can still make incredible progress when you’re disciplined and committed.
