So sad to be waking up reading the news that this incredible lady has sadly passed away !

If you all thought my classes was crazy this beautiful talented lady was a whoel different level!

I was lucky enough to meet Sonia through my business and fitness days! Her energy was so infectious and she just put her heart and sole into everything!

I still remember the buzz of this Bokwa flash mob in Sheffield. We were all In our element and empowered so many people!

You touched the lives of more people than you probably ever thought. Will forever be grateful for your support and friendship! Sleep tight and keep shining bright ! Sonique Fitness Body Mind Wellness xx

💔 Another post I wish I didn’t have to write 💔

I crnt even put into words how unfair life is and wish things were different!

Sadly Nora passed away last week surrounded by her beautiful family.

As many of you know, Nora was not only a part of the crazy crew, she was a dear friend also.

Her smile and laugh was infectious and a true beauty queen at heart.

She will be missed by so many but know she will live on in us all and especially her incrediable children.

Please if anyone has any memories they wish to share from Zumba days or nights out or just on a personal level please do so via the link!

💔 As a business owner something I never thought I would have had to write 💔

I am in complete shock and disbelief that heaven has gained another angel taken far too soon.

You defiantly lit up a room when you came to classes, your laughter was infectious and you were by far the most glamorous woman in class! Never without your fake tan on, nails, hair extensions and makeup! You made us all laugh having a quick fag before and after class. The woman who always looked a million dollars and like she’d just walked off a cat walk, no matter how hard I beasted her in class …. She would never sweat 🤣

There are far too many memories, laughter and good times for us all to hold onto. Life is so cruel at times and doesn’t make sense. Today is another one of those days. Thinking of all your family, children and friends at this sad time.

Thanks for always being you, a dedicated client and friend!
