We’d like to say a HUGE thank you to the whole Outer Reef team!🤗

We had a great instructor team meal last night and spent a lot of the evening talking about what we’ve achieved together and, more importantly, the people behind it.

From our young groms starting out helping with equipment hire, to our surf and outdoor instructors, shop and office staff, and all the family and friends who support us behind the scenes everyone plays a part.

It was really nice looking back at people who first came to us through our Instructor Training programmes and have since become part of the team, as well as talking about the local children who started with us and how much they’re progressing, both in the water and as young people.

That’s probably the thing I’m most proud of. Outer Reef isn’t just about teaching people to surf. It’s about giving people opportunities, developing the next generation and creating something that people can genuinely be part of.

Not everyone is in this photo, but this thank you is for every single person who has been part of the team this season!

Thank you for all the hard work. We couldn’t do it without you 🩵

🌊✨My first women's Surf Retreat with the was an incredible experience.
Wonderful women, badass instructions, lovely hotel and learnt a lot.
Really feel like I achieved something this weekend.
I'll need some rest first but I'm itching to get back in the water!

I'm so grateful for what's on our doorstep.
