Another great cafe for anyone taking part in the Carten is the Dennis on Castle Beach. Again great food and plenty of room for your bikes.

The Dennis cafe is based on Castle Sands, Tenby. Great breakfasts and meals througjout the day. A very cycle friendly cafe. Mike the owner is a very keen cyclist himself and a great source of cycling information. What better place to sit, sipping your coffee and eating your food overlooking the sand and sea.

This page was set up to promote Pembrokeshire cafes, pubs, restaurants etc that welcomed cyclists. Also to to promote local clubs, cycling groups, events and sports therapists etc.

It was never meant to be a form of Trip Advisor. I'd like to think that people can make their own minds up without telling the whole world via social media. It's not easy running a business, club etc and a lot of behind the scenes work goes on.

If you don't like something then please just scroll past and leave it at that as the next person may love it.

As previously mentioned I will delete any negative comments or disable commenting on the posts.

As i said the posts are to help local businesses with links to each one. It would be far more productive for the business to contact them direct via messenger, email, WhatsApp or by phone as I'm sure they would appreciate any feedback you have.

Allium is new independent coffee shop serving a choice of home made dishes. So whether you want a coffee, cake, meal or even a beer this is the perfect pit stop. Cyclists are more than welcome and there is safe secure space for your bikes at the rear of the building in the courtyard garden.

Situated on South Parade next to Tenby Fire Station Allium is open Wednesday to Sunday 9am to 4pm.

There seems to be a resurgence of vintage bikes at the moment. Lots of people out on old steel frames that are still going strong.

Well hopefully we're getting back to some kind of normality now and able to enjoy all that Pembrokeshire has to offer to cyclists. It'll also be nice to support our local cafe's as we know how tough it's been for hospitality during the past year.

If any clubs have rides planned or cafes have any special offers for cyclists, please drop us a message with the details and we'll promote them on the page for you.
