A huge thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday for the Karen Aldcroft Memorial Shield match between the Open Age and Masters team.

It was great to see the sidelines packed and almost 50 players, past & present, taking to the field to battle it out for the shield in aid of Moya Cole Hospice, Greater Manchester in memory of Karen Aldcroft.

We managed to raise over £1000, which will be dropped with the hospice tomorrow and will help them continue the great work they do. If you wasn’t able to get down but would still like to show your support, you can always donate online via this link….

Just 2 weeks to go until our Under 15’s compete in the NWC Plate Final as they take on Pilks Recs Ambers at Culcheth.

The lads have worked extremely hard over the last 12 months and thoroughly deserve their place in the final. It would be good if we can get a good crowd down to hopefully roar them to victory.

We’re now just over a week away* from a very special afternoon at Langworthy Reds as:

We’ll be raising money for Moya Cole Hospice in memory of Karen Aldcroft, who played such a huge role in our junior setup. ❤️

There’ll be live rugby, bouncy castle, food, the bar will be open, and the afternoon will continue into the early evening.

💰 Donation buckets will be around the club, so please dig deep and donate generously.

We’re proud to announce a very special afternoon at Langworthy Reds A.R.L.F.C. as Langworthy Masters take on Langworthy Reds for the Karen Aldcroft Memorial Shield.

This now annual event is again being held to raise money for Moya Cole Hospice, in memory of Karen Aldcroft, who played a huge role in the junior setup at Langworthy Reds and made a lasting impact on so many players and families within our club. ❤️

This Saturday, our Open Age side will be looking to get one back as we welcome Cadishead Rhinos to Oakwood Park.

Our pre-season friendly was a close battle... but this is the one that really counts! 💪

It’s also our Annual Fun Day, so there’s plenty happening before, during and after the game for all the family to enjoy. 🎉🍔🎶
