These Women Do TWD has one clear mission: to create a space where fitness feels like freedom. No judgment. No intimidation.

Just real women, getting stronger together, having a laugh along the way This Mum Can Fitness is a gym-free personal training organisation focusing on getting Mum’s back to fitness and maintaining those fitness levels through various activities including weekly group drop in sessions, 1:1 sessions and group training. Each session will be tailored to suit the client to ensure that all specific need

s are met. Life with kids is extremely busy so This Mum Can Fitness has been created to enable mum’s to incorporate a fitness plan to their weekly routine at a venue of your choosing – with the ability to train with your babies/toddlers present. This Mum Can Fitness endeavours to meet its client’s needs using a wide variety of training systems to aid weight loss, help tone up and increase strength to improve endurance and general fitness levels. Happy Saturday…just 5 weeks today you could be doing your first long run on the road to Half Marathon

Honestly it’s the best way to start the weekend (I promise!!)

Meeting with your crew and week by week slowly upping the distances until race day on the 4th October

To get you ready for the summer hols, introducing the 2nd of the mini run clubs we have created which will take us up to the end of school term:

Monday option: 7:15pm

5 week course to start focusing on speed and endurance to build that confidence up.

Get that run mojo back before the kids break up for the summer hols!!!

To get you ready for the summer hols, Annie, Rach and I have created 2 mini run clubs which will take us up to the end of school term:

Monday option: 7:15pm

5 week course to start focusing on speed and endurance to build that confidence up.

Tuesday option:

5 week course to get you to from 5 to 10k

This is ahead of the 12 week training programme I released yesterday to train for the Manc half or if half is out of the realms there’s a Tatton Half on 18th or a Stockport 10k on the 19th

Get that run mojo back before the kids break up for the summer hols!!!

It’s not always about the run…but about the people you do it with

The Manchester this year was unreal for so many reasons. Primarily as we got celebrated for the epic community that is TWD as part of the main Great Run campaign but more for the epic 18 ladies who pushed through and got over the finish line. Couldn’t be prouder of you all

We celebrated each and every person who smashed their goals and completed their challenge and we did with the usual TWD flair. No num6er for this one as we stayed in town but still caused the same amount of mayhem!!

To be serious for a second, honestly getting on the BBC was a career highlight. Not only to show the world how utterly unbelievable the group of women we are together, but also to hopefully inspire other women to get out there and do something for them
