Oh Lenny 🙃 Someone is going to ask about you soon gorgeous boy. This boy is crying out for a loving home environment.

Lenny needs someone who is confident with big dogs who can be fearful. He’s a really sweet boy with wilful puppy ways, but can also be a little wary and defensive. We are here to support you learning how to manage his little moments, he’s been doing so well at following instructions when he is giddy or nervous.

We will be adding resistance bands to our mat Pilates class this evening. The bands can help with focus and control as well as increasing the intensity.

Class held at Red Sky Yoga studio on Washway Rd, 6:30pm this evening.
We still have online stream for those more comfortable with that options.

Couple of Pilates mats still left in our cozy studio and also online for this evening’s 6:30pm class.

The last couple of our Tuesday Pilates classes, we have played around with bands, balls and small weights to create balance, focus and add challenge.

This week will be focusing on using bigger muscles groups for control and strength as well as extension through the spine.
