This time, make it harder to quit on yourself.
Stop relying on motivation.
Build systems that carry you when motivation disappears.
Lay your clothes out the night before.
Book the session before you can talk yourself out of it.
Train with people who expect you there.
Remove the option to “decide later.”
Most people don’t fail because they’re incapable.
They fail because they leave too many exits open.
Discipline gets easier when quitting becomes inconvenient.
The goal this week isn’t perfection.
It’s proving to yourself that you can stay consistent even when you don’t feel like it.
