Bone is living tissue, constantly rebuilding and adapting. The right kind of exercise, especially resistance training and impact loading, helps stimulate bone strength and reduce fracture risk during and after menopause. 💥

Today I hit a new deadlift PB: 105kg.After not long ago hitting the 100kg.

It’s taken me a few years of consistent training to get here. Not a few weeks. Not a quick transformation. Years of showing up, putting in the work, trusting the process, and staying patient through the plateaus.

Sometimes I felt a bit uncomfortable sharing my achievements because I didn’t want it to come across as bragging. But I’ve realised something: celebrating your hard work isn’t bragging. It’s recognising the effort, discipline, and resilience that got you there.

To all the women out there lifting weights, chasing goals, and working on becoming stronger—celebrate your wins. Whether it’s adding 1kg to the bar, doing your first pull-up, showing up consistently for a month, or hitting a huge PB, every step forward matters.

Progress isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s built through hundreds of ordinary sessions that nobody sees.

Right now, I’m on a roll and consistently hitting PBs, and I’m proud of that. So here’s your reminder: don’t downplay your achievements. Own them. Celebrate them. You’ve earned them. 💥💪🏻💯
