📍 Location: M335EL - Seek out the grassy area next to those wacky double roundabouts where Firs Road and Manor Avenue meet. Trust us, you won't be able to miss it! 🤪

⏰ Meeting Time: 7pm ⌛️ Get geared up, grab your running buddies, and let's conquer the streets together!

🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ Distances: Take your pick! We offer a 5km and a 10km route. Whether you sprint, jog, or do a funky chicken dance along the way, we're all about having a great time while staying fit!

Not only is running in a group a great way to mix up your workouts and try new routes, it can also provide a sense of safety and security. With friends by your side, you'll feel more confident tackling new trails and exploring new areas.

Come and join us at our normal spot, at the normal time with our normal distances 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️🐝

Will this be the last SMSR on the concrete for a while??

With the light nights coming in SMSR may see the return of the Carrington Moss route very soon! 🎉

If you fancy a chilled social run with like-minded people, pop down Thursday 23rd March at the usual time of 7pm at the usual location.

We have both 5k & 10k distances and any pace is welcome.
