Join us for our rescheduled Optimus Community Dog Walk this June! ☀️

📍 Meet at Optimus Gym Rustington
🗓 Saturday 14th June 2026

Free for all members, friends, families and of course your four-legged companions 🐶

We’ll be heading out for a relaxed community walk followed by coffee and catch-ups at ☕

We've got some exciting changes to Optimus Run Club!

📍 Chichester
🆕 NEW Run Club launching Thursdays at 6:30pm
Meet at Optimus Gym and join us for a sociable 5K route around Chichester.

📍 Rustington (meeting at East Beach Cafe)
✅ Couch to 5K – Tuesdays at 6:00pm
✅ 5K Run Group – Tuesdays at 6:30pm
✅ Saturday Run Club – 10:00am

Whether you're taking your first steps with Couch to 5K, looking for a group to keep you accountable or just a new running community, there's a place for everyone.

As always, all abilities are welcome.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to Sergei’s leaving do on Saturday ❤️

It was amazing to see so many familiar faces come together to celebrate everything Sergei has brought to Optimus over the years.

We’re going to miss the energy, laughs, and dedication he brought to the gym every day, but we know this is just the start of an exciting new chapter for him.
