There are upcoming road closures in the local area, which may affect your usual journey to and from the gym.

If you’re training with us, please allow a little extra time for your journey and check your route before setting off.

Since starting with Optimus Nutrition Support, Holly has been making some brilliant progress and it goes far beyond numbers on a scale 👏

Stonepillow has a limited number of free charity places available for the Chichester Half Marathon on Sunday 4th October.

If you're looking for your next challenge, we'd love to have you on Team Stonepillow, helping to raise vital funds to support people experiencing homelessness across Chichester and Arun.
